MNE for macOS includes a copy of the DEGO extension and client deployment package. Customers can deploy this package to their macOS systems.
Problem
A macOS system can't migrate to MVISION ePO. During the client migration, the system can be reported as having incompatible products. The issue is seen when a client managed via an on-premises ePO server is switching to become managed by an MVISION ePO server. Cause
DEGO is not supported with MVISION ePO.
Solution
Remove DEGO from the Mac client system and retry the migration.
