ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10.0, 5.10 Updates 1–6, 5.9.x
Problem
You see the following when you modify a task for a single system:
The user expects to end up back at the page where the action originated from, which is the System Tree page.
CauseThis behavior is expected with the current releases, but it's not optimal behavior for the action being performed.
When a user is directed to the Client Tasks page for the entire group, it can cause confusion. The user might think that they're assigning the task at the Group level rather than at the System level.
SolutionThis issue is resolved in ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Update 7, which is available from the Product Downloads site.
NOTE: You need a valid Grant Number to access the update. To view other known and resolved issues, see KB90382 - ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.x Known Issues. Affected ProductsLanguages:This article is available in the following languages: |
