Problem
You see the following when you submit a policy or task for approval using the ePO 5.10 Policy or Task Approval workflow:
System Change
You upgraded to or installed ePO 5.10.0.
Cause
This issue relates to the number of AD-based permission set ePO users. When more users exist, more role calculations are needed. These calculations lead to longer submission times for approval.
SolutionThis issue is resolved in ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Update 7, which is available from the Product Downloads site.
