MVISION Cloud

Problem

DLP on-premises is configured to synchronize incidents and events from MVISION Cloud to ePO. But, the incidents stop synchronizing. This issue has been identified in the field and the problem doesn't correct itself over time.

Cause

An incident reported by MVISION Cloud can cause a failure in the incident pull.

Solution

Technical Support is investigating this issue. If you experience this issue, log on to the ServicePortal and create a Service Request. Include this article number in the Problem Description field.
