ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.x Preinstallation Auditor (PIA) tool NOTE: PIA is also known as the Installation and Upgrade Precheck tool. Problem
The PIA tool flags on a check named SQL Server database recovery model. It indicates that your primary ePO database in SQL Server isn't using the simple recovery model. If you use anything other than simple logging, it throws off the PIA tool's ability to anticipate the space needed on SQL Server for log file growth. The other recovery models require much more space in the LDF file. We recommend that you set the ePO database to a simple recovery model, unless you have a specific use case to use one of the other recovery models. We're aware of two known exceptions where the primary ePO database must not be set to use the simple recovery model:

Set the ePO database Recovery Model to Simple To make sure that the recovery model is set to Simple, use SQL Server Management Studio:
