When the ePO services are restarted, the following query is executed to verify whether the post-upgrade reindexing steps have been completed. In some scenarios, the query never exits and remains in a sleeping state indefinitely. This problem can cause the SQL System Change
You upgraded to either ePO 5.9.1 or 5.10.0.
Solution
This issue is resolved in ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Update 5, which is available from the Product Downloads site. NOTE: You need a valid Grant Number to access the update.
