The 'Show filter criteria' shows in the exported query results, even though it's disabled in the server task

Environment

ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10.0, 5.10 Updates 1–4

Problem

All queries display 'filter criteria' at the top of the report when run from an ePO server task.

The filter criteria is shown, even though Show filter criteria isn't enabled in the ePO server task.

Solution

This issue is resolved in ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Update 5, which is available from the Product Downloads site.

NOTE: You need a valid Grant Number to access the update.

NOTE: From ePO 5.10 Update 9, a new server setting is included called 'filter criteria setting.' If you enable this setting, it shows 'Filter criteria' in your exported PDF report.

If you don't want to see 'Filter criteria' in the query output, do the following:

Log on to the ePO console.
Navigate to Menu, Configuration, Server Settings, and Filter Criteria Settings.
Click Edit.
Deselect the option Show filter criteria in the PDF.
Click Save.
