Users who are configured to use Windows authentication are unable to log on to the ePO console after you apply ePO 5.10 Update 4 or 13. This issue occurs on systems where Advanced Windows Authentication has been enabled by renaming System Change
You applied ePO 5.10 Update 4 or 13.
Cause
This problem occurs because in certain cases the ePO 5.10 cumulative Update 4 or 13 package installs a new copy of the following two files:
