Support Center inaccurately reports the last runtime of manually executed Server tasks

Environment

ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10.0 Updates 1–8
ePO Support Center 5.10.0

Problem

Support Center inaccurately reports the last run execution times when you run the ePO Server task manually.

The ePO Support Center extension tracks the last execution time of several actions, including the following:

Last Disaster Recovery Snapshot
Last Software Catalog Refresh
Last Master Repository Pull
Last Database Index Maintenance

These execution times only report scheduled executions, according to the respective server task's schedule. When you run the task manually, the execution time isn't reflected in the tracked data.

Solution

This issue is resolved in ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Update 5, which is available from the Product Downloads site.
