Google announced that users can't sign into Backup and Sync from October 1, 2021. For more details, see the Google Workspace Update.
NOTE: Support for Google Drive for Desktop is available in Skyhigh Security solutions.

| 4 | DLP Endpoint doesn't distinguish between individual tenants in a multi-tenant environment. Owing to this, customized rules for a specific OneDrive tenant isn't supported. Multi-tenant use cases are supported only in Skyhigh Security solutions. |
| 5 | Firefox isn't a fully supported browser at present. Our current priority is to deliver comprehensive support on popular browsers, which are Chrome, Edge, and Safari (on Mac). Once the comprehensive support on these browsers is delivered, we intend to focus on the Mozilla Firefox support with the help of an API to develop extensions. |
