Issue: This behavior is as designed. ENSL Firewall schedule rules aren’t enforced on the Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8 platform because the xt_time module isn’t shipped as part of the iptables package in RHEL 8. For more information, see the Red Hat bug ID 1672645.
