Mobile Security ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) Extension 1812.01.1346 or earlier

Problem

A back-end release of Mobile Security Console 4.22 isn't compatible with the previously released Mobile Security ePO Extensions version 1812.01.1346 or earlier. The integration doesn't work and you can't take any kind of Actions on Mobile Threats and Devices. For example, deleting a device doesn't work.

Cause

The memory allocation for a few of the columns in the back-end of the Mobile Security Console has changed. Mobile Security ePO Extension 1812.01.1346 or earlier installed on the ePO server can't understand these changes, and some of the values get truncated as well. This change causes an issue while taking Actions on Mobile Threats and Devices on the ePO server.

Solution

Upgrade the Mobile Security ePO Extension to build 1903, which contains the fixes to handle the changes.
