Environment

ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10.0, 5.10.0 Update 1 and 2
Endpoint Security (ENS) Adaptive Threat Protection (ATP) extension 10.6.1

Problem

When you add a display column in the ePO System Tree for ENS ATP, the column name can incorrectly display an unexpected label.

You upgraded to or installed the ePO versions listed above. You also installed or upgraded the ENS ATP extension to 10.6.1.

Cause

This cosmetic issue results from how ePO 5.10 internally handles the registration of product coding.

The ENS team released ENS ATP extension 10.6.1 December 2018 Update to handle this problem. This extension essentially works around the issue in all releases of ePO except for ePO 5.10. To fully resolve the ePO-side issue though, the workaround in the product extension was insufficient.

Solution

This issue is resolved in ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Update 3, which is available from the Product Downloads site.
