Cause
The method that ePO 5.10 uses to handle query exports can't handle the custom database schema associated with some managed product extensions; for example, the DLP incident explained above.
Solution
If you've installed ePO 5.10 or ePO 5.10 Update 1 or 2: NOTE: The above issue was reintroduced with the release of ePO 5.10 Update 7. For details, see KB92976 - Exported Queries and Reports is blank and missing the incident details. This issue is resolved in ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Update 3, which is available from the Product Downloads site. NOTE: You need a valid Grant Number for access.
