Clear the web browser cache.
NOTE: The web browser cache might require clearing on each individual system or user account, that has previously accessed the ePO console.
Or, update the browser cache with the following steps, for your web browser:

Press and hold
Ctrl+
F5 to refresh the web browser cache.
Mozilla Firefox:

Ctrl+
Shift+
R
Mac OS:
Cmd+
Shift+
R
Safari:
Press
Alt+
Cmd+
E.
Google Chrome:
- Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
- Click Tools.
- Select Clear Browser Data.
- Select the types of data to be deleted and the amount of data to be deleted.
