Drive Encryption (DE) 7.2.1, 7.2.0, 7.1.0 with and without Update 1, 2, or 3

Seagate Opal Hard-disk Drive (HDD)
Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST)

Problem

Random system crash occurs on systems with DE installed under the following conditions:

System hardware includes Seagate Opal Hard-disk Drive
Intel Rapid Storage Technology is installed

Solution

This issue is resolved in DE 7.2.2 (Build 7.2.2.14).

NOTE: This release includes an enhancement to add support for Opal hard-disk drives and firmware that don't support the status_pending function, resulting in a system crash (blue screen).
