Reconciliation fails for a Virtual Machine when deploying McAfee Agent through the Visualization URL method

Problem

Reconciliation fails when you deploy McAfee Agent (MA) to a system using the CWS Visualization URL method.

In the ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) System tree, there are two entries for the same system:

The original Virtual Machine (VM) entry shows as Unmanaged.
A Managed entry shows with the Virtualization Properties as no details or blank.

Cause

The system was first imported to the ePO System Tree, and then MA was installed using the CWS visualization URL. This sequence of events causes duplicate host entries to exist in the ePO System Tree.

NOTE: The computers might exist under a different group in the System Tree.

Solution

There are two duplicate entries that appear after you deploy MA, one that shows as Managed and one that shows as Unmanaged.
Perform the following steps:

Delete the entry tagged as Unmanaged from the system tree.
To reconcile the system properties, perform a CWS sync operation.
