Problem
Reconciliation fails when you deploy McAfee Agent (MA) to a system using the CWS Visualization URL method. In the ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) System tree, there are two entries for the same system:
Cause
The system was first imported to the ePO System Tree, and then MA was installed using the CWS visualization URL. This sequence of events causes duplicate host entries to exist in the ePO System Tree. NOTE: The computers might exist under a different group in the System Tree. Solution
There are two duplicate entries that appear after you deploy MA, one that shows as Managed and one that shows as Unmanaged. Perform the following steps:
