ProblemENS Web Control search annotation ratings don't appear in the search engine results.
CauseWhen search engines change their search result pages, scripts that ENS Web Control uses to display search annotations in the modified search engine page might require an update.
SolutionIf a supported search engine doesn't display annotations for search results, contact Technical Support and include this article number in your Service Request.
When corrections are made to the ENS Web Control scripts, the ENS Web Control client automatically downloads them from NOTE: If a user is behind a proxy server, the updated scripts needed for search result annotations don't download. Proxy users must install a new ENS Web Control hotfix or update to obtain the latest scripts. To contact Technical Support, go to the Create a Service Request page and log on to the ServicePortal.
