Problem

DLP and Device Control is listed in Software Manager, Checked In Software as Evaluation instead of Licensed.

Solution

This behavior is expected. Data Loss Prevention and Device control and Trellix Device Control are separate products.

DLP and Device Control (Full Feature) is listed in the Software manager and Product Downloads site.

If you have an entitlement for Trellix Device Control, Trellix Data Loss Prevention and Device control are listed under Evaluation. Trellix Device Control is listed as a separate product only on the Product Downloads site, but not listed as a separate entry in the Software Manager.
