You're unable to log on to the ePO Console. When you try to log on, you get the following MFS error: This error also displays when you click Test Connection for database connectivity on the System Change
You installed ePO on new hardware on a different installation drive letter. For example, you changed the drive letter from C: to E.
CauseThe error occurs when the 8.3 naming convention isn't followed completely. Customers must follow the steps on the files as described in step 3 of the Edit files section. For details, see KB71078 - How to migrate ePO from a 32-bit system to a 64-bit system or to a different installation path.
