Technical Support might require you to pull updates from a different Source Site. To change the Source Site to
CommonUpdater2:
- Log on to the ePO console as an administrator.
- Click Menu, Server Settings.
- Click Source Sites.
- Click Edit.
- In the Name column, select the site you want to update.
- On the Description page, click Next.
- Append a 2 to the end of the URL. Example: update.nai.com/Products/CommonUpdater2
- Click Save.
- Repeat steps 5–8 for the other sites (for example, HTTP).
- Perform an agent wake-up call with the option Force complete policy and task update selected to apply the policy to the endpoint systems.
NOTE: Changes made to Source Sites take effect immediately.
