ProblemAn FRP offline browser crash can be induced when a USB device is forcefully ejected from the Mac (OS X) system. This issue is seen when an application is opened from the removable media.

CauseThe operating system performs a system crash and closes the process because it could not find the image for the process, when:
SolutionThis behavior is expected, because the operating system generates the system crash. Make sure you quit the offline browser application before removing the USB device from the system.
