Microsoft no longer supports Windows Vista service packs. So, the sustaining and development of Endpoint Encryption products on this platform by us also ended.
Windows Vista Service Pack 1 - End of Support on July 12, 2011.
NOTE: Windows Vista Extended Support reached its EOL date on April 11, 2017. Support for FRP is no longer provided on this operating system since that date.
2
Support for Windows 8.1 requires at least MA 4.8 Update 1 to be installed before deployment.
3
Windows To Go is a feature in Enterprise editions of Windows that allows Windows to boot and run from an external USB hard drive or USB drive. This function hasn't been tested. If you require this function, see the "Related Information" section of this article. This section has instructions on how to submit a product idea. Submitted product ideas are researched for implementation in a future product or update release.

Includes support for Microsoft Windows 10 version 1511 (formerly known as November Update or Threshold 2 [TH2]). To review Windows 10 compatibility with our products, see KB85784 - Windows 10 compatibility with Trellix products.
NOTE: Support for Windows 10 requires at least MA 4.8 Update 3 to be installed before deployment.
5
Support for Microsoft Windows 10 Anniversary Update requires FRP 5.0.1 Hotfix 1150417 or later.
Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC or LTSB is supported only with FRP 5.0.3 and later. Before this release, FRP offered support only for official Windows 10 builds, which include Current Branch (CB) and Current Branch for Business (CBB).
NOTES:
From Windows 10 version 1809, LTSB changed to LTSC. For details, see Lifecycle FAQ - Windows.
LTSC or LTSBis Microsoft terminology for a Sustaining build that doesn't receive feature updates and is limited to security updates in general.
7
A minimum Windows 10 Creators Update version 1703 (operating system build 15063.250) is needed for support with FRP 5.0.3 or later.
WARNING: Installation or upgrade with earlier builds of the Windows 10 Creators Update fails.
macOS supported operating systems
Platforms supported by the Mac Offsite Viewer or Internet Explorer application, and the FRP Mac client, which was first introduced in FRP 5.0.0.
With Citrix XenDesktop 7.6, best-effort support is offered only for Windows 2012 R2 server instances.
NOTE:Removable media encryption isn't supported for server instances. FRP doesn't support removable media encryption in server instances in a XenDesktop environment. It doesn't provide this support because Citrix doesn't support USB redirection for removable media devices. So, the result is that media appears as a network drive.
NOTE: ePO 5.10.0 applies to both ePO on-premises and ePO on Amazon Web Services (ePO on AWS).

We have had reports of some issues on this version of ePO. To avoid any potential issues, we strongly advise users of FRP not to upgrade to ePO 5.10 SP1 Update 1 and Update 2 at this time. Our development teams are actively working on a new release of FRP to resolve these issues.
If you have already upgraded and are experiencing issues related to policy or configuration modifications, contact Technical Support for potential workarounds until the new releases become available.
We investigated this issue and a solution is currently available. This solution is currently not generally available, but is in Released to Support (RTS) status. To obtain the RTS build, log on to the ServicePortal and create a Service Request. Include this article number in the Problem Description field.
