Microsoft FoxPro (16-bit versions) For supported environments, see KB81149 - Supported platforms for File and Removable Media Protection. ProblemA problem is identified when FRP is installed on a client with the 16-bit version Microsoft FoxPro. This application is over 10 years old, and is designed for earlier versions of Windows.
Users are unable to start Microsoft FoxPro with FRP installed. You see the following error if you run the SolutionWe recommend that you upgrade to a later supported version of Microsoft Visual FoxPro. Tests show that the later versions don't incur this problem.
DOS 16-bit applications are unsupported with FRP. For details, see KB75453 - Support for 16-bit DOS applications with File and Removable Media Protection. NOTE: These older 16-bit FoxPro modules aren't supported because they can't be debugged with modern Microsoft debugging software.
