You can't save Microsoft Office files that reside in an encrypted folder over the network. This issue occurs even though the file extension is added to the FRP policy under
File Extension Exclusions.
The problem occurs only with Office files, such as
docx and
xlsx, but not with
.txt files.
The original file is corrupted and you must save the file at a different location.
When you try to save the document, you see the following error:

There has been a network or file permission error. The network connection may be lost.
